Tell us about your career journey
Hospitality has always been part of my story. Some of my earliest memories are cooking pierogies with my grandfather, a chef and restaurateur who passed down a love for food and the craft of the industry.
After graduating from UConn with a degree in Marketing, I started my career in market research but quickly realized I belonged in a more hands-on, creative environment. I followed my passion and enrolled at the Connecticut Culinary Institute, beginning my journey in professional kitchens. I worked my way through various back-of-house roles before becoming Executive Chef at Max Burger, where I continued developing my skills as a leader and operator. Today, I’m proud to continue building upon that foundation with DORO.
